Exercise Fun With Family




The past few weeks my husband and I have made it a point to go and get a little exercise in during the morning time with the boys. The little ones love it since they get to ride their bikes the entire time!


So we head over to Topokeegee Park...one of my favorite parks...and walk the trail which is about 2.3 or so miles! Again we have been doing this at least three times a week.


Not only is it fun time for the family but its extremely good for our health.

So I definitely suggest to get out and have some family fun time this summer while making it a good workout in the process!
